This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, data volume transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data serves the delivery, security and stability of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

The public part of this website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services. No user profiles are created. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Exception: after entering the access code, the access-protected investor portal sets a technically necessary cookie ("se_portal"). It contains a signed access token without personal data, is valid for 30 days and serves solely to remember the access during that time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).
All fonts (Raleway, IBM Plex Mono) and JavaScript libraries are delivered locally from our server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party content delivery networks.
When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry aims at concluding a contract, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Our website contains links to external websites, for example to network profiles. By clicking on them you leave our offering; the respective operator is responsible for data processing on the linked pages. Third-party content is not embedded.
You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR). We ask you to inform yourself regularly about the content of our privacy policy. We will adapt the privacy policy as soon as changes to the data processing we carry out make this necessary.
